DIY Sweater Stocking

This DIY project is worth getting out the sewing machine! I honestly cannot believe how easy this is (I’ve only ever made scrunchies & a cushion cover before with my sewing machine!) 

I simply traced an old stocking onto an inside-out sweater then stocked along the lines to form a stocking! 

I repeated the process for the lining of the stocking but this time added an extra piece and attached it for the cuff of the stocking! You do not need to do this but I think it adds a little something extra! Stitch some extra fabric for the loop and your stocking is ready to hang!
